用鉴定筛选的大肠杆菌接种适宜培养基,将培养物经甲醛溶液灭活后,分别制备氢氧化铝胶灭活疫苗、油乳剂灭活疫苗,经检验合格,用于安全和效力试验,比较两种佐剂制备的灭活疫苗的免疫效力。结果表明,氢氧化铝胶作为佐剂制备区域优势血清型疫苗来预防本地的鸭大肠杆菌病效果更好。
