作为一种新的经济发展和能源利用范式,低碳经济正以一种前所未有的冲击力向我们走近。它不仅会重塑国际经济金融格局,也会促使以美元为主的国际货币体系多元化。最终局面的形成则取决于各国相互间的不断博弈。中国正在用切实的行动走向低碳经济,但需要制定符合国情的低碳发展战略,才能在大变革大调整中“又好又快”发展。
As a new paradigm of economic development and energy use, the low-carbon economy is approaching us with an unprecedented impact. It will not only reshape the international economic and financial structure, but also promote the diversification of the U.S. dollar-dominated international monetary system. The formation of the final situation depends on the continuous game between countries. China is going to a low-carbon economy with concrete actions, but it needs to formulate a low-carbon development strategy that is in keeping with its national conditions so that it can develop “soundly and quickly” in the course of major changes and changes.
