采用d-半乳糖造成的小鼠亚急性衰老模型,研究观察绞股蓝及其复方抗衰老作用。结果表明,绞股蓝及其复方可以显著地对抗衰老模型组小鼠学习主动逃避反应能力的下降,脑MAO-B活力的异常升高及脑脂褐质的增集。能提高小鼠免疫力,使衰老模型小鼠萎缩的胸腺恢复到正常水平。提示本品可以延缓小鼠的衰老。
The subacute aging model induced by d-galactose in mice was used to observe the anti-aging effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its compound. The results showed that Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its compound can significantly resist the decline of the ability of learning to actively evade response in mice of the aging model group, abnormal increase of brain MAO-B activity and increase of brain lipofuscin content. It can improve the immunity of mice and restore the thymus of aging mice to normal levels. This product can delay the aging of mice.
