用10种抗生素对39例致泌尿系混合感染的大肠埃希氏菌细菌型伴L型(B+L)分别作了体外抗生素敏感试验,并按美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)的标准分析标准菌株,质控符合NCCLS。结果表明对丁胺卡那霉素的耐药率最低(<5.13%),对三种氟喹诺酮药物的耐药率较低(均为7.69%),对某些青霉素类的耐药率最高(>87.18%)。实验证实,可用K-B法做大肠埃希氏菌L型的抗生素敏感试验,并提示氨基甙类尤其是丁胺卡那霉素和氟喹诺酮类药物是治疗泌尿系混合感染的大肠埃希氏菌(B+L)的有效药物
In vitro antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed on 39 strains of Escherichia coli-associated L-form bacteria (B + L) mixed with 10 antibiotics, and the standard strains were analyzed according to the standards of the American Clinical Laboratory Standards Committee (NCCLS) , Quality control in line with NCCLS.
