圆弧形浮动支承是磁力无心夹具的一种新型支承方式。它把现时轴承行业中普遍采用的点状固定支承中的水平方向上的支脚换成如图1所示的支脚。与点状固定支承相比,由于圆弧形浮动支承的水平支脚的支承面采用了与工件外径曲率相同的硬质合金,使工件在加工时水平方向的支承由原来的点状接触变为面状接触,有效地发挥了平均效应的作用,能滤去工件被支承表面上的波纹(如图2)。又由于浮弧头(2)能绕轴(3)作一定的回转,在弹簧(7)作用下能保证支承与工件之间始终保持良好的接触,从而获得高质量的加工表面。我们曾在同一磨床上,使用工艺定位基准
Arc-shaped floating support is a new type of support for magnetic inadvertent fixture.
