马克思主义的发展史,从根本上说就是在社会实践中对社会客观规律的认识不断获得新的发现的历史。对中国新民主主义革命规律和中国社会主义建设规律的发现,分别形成了毛泽东思想、邓小平理论。“三个代表”重要思想则是对马克思主义政党执政规律的重大发现。这一发现是由马克思主义理论在当代发展的自身需要所决定的,是由当代世界经济文化走向和复杂政局的客观要求决定的,是由中国共产党人所肩负的历史使命决定的。“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义发展史上的又一座丰碑。
The history of the development of Marxism is fundamentally the history of constantly gaining new discoveries in understanding the objective laws of society in social practice. The discovery of the law of China’s new-democratic revolution and the law of building socialism in China has led to the formation of Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory respectively. The important thought of “Three Represents” is a major discovery of the law governing the Marxist political parties. This discovery is determined by Marxist theory’s own needs for contemporary development and is determined by the economic and cultural trends in the contemporary world and by the objective demands of complicated political situations. It is determined by the historic mission of the Chinese Communists. The important thought of “Three Represents” is another monument in the history of the development of Marxism.
