生态文明建设的发展,对我国经济法理念的发展提出了更高的要求。清楚的掌握生态文明需求和经济法理念间的差距,在生态文明的角度下对我国的经济法理念进行调整和重建,不仅有助于生态文明建设,还能够提高经济法理论发展。本文通过对我国经济法理念发展的现状和影响因素进行分析,探讨经济法理念在生态文明建设中的必要性,同时提出了生态文明建设背景下经济法理念的调整与重建的相关措施。
The development of ecological civilization construction has put forward higher requirements for the development of the concept of economic law in our country. Clearly grasp the gap between the demand for ecological civilization and the concept of economic law and adjust and rebuild the concept of economic law in our country from the perspective of ecological civilization. This not only contributes to the construction of ecological civilization but also enhances the development of the theory of economic law. This paper analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of the development of the concept of economic law in our country, discusses the necessity of the concept of economic law in the construction of ecological civilization, and puts forward some measures to adjust and rebuild the concept of economic law under the background of ecological civilization construction.
