我们用荷Lewis肺癌的NIH小鼠,以平均直径倍增时间为终点,进行热耐受动力学研究。将带瘤腿浸入43±0.1℃的水浴中进行局部加温。小鼠以腹腔注射60mg/kg戊巴比妥钠麻醉。在43℃加温25min后,间隔0,8,16,24,48,72,96,120,144,168,192,216和240h再给第2次加温。结果表明,43℃加温25min后,肿瘤迅速产生热耐受性,在24h达到最大值,然后逐渐减弱,而在96h后减弱很慢。热耐受性的存在,减弱第二次加温的疗效。
We used NIH mice bearing Lewis lung cancer to study the thermal tolerance kinetics using the mean diameter doubling time as the endpoint. The tumor-bearing leg was immersed in a water bath at 43±0.1°C for local warming. Mice were anesthetized with an intraperitoneal injection of 60 mg/kg sodium pentobarbital. After warming at 43°C for 25 min, the second warming was performed at intervals of 0, 8, 16, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, 168, 192, 216 and 240 h. The results showed that after heating at 43 °C for 25 min, the tumor quickly developed thermal tolerance, reached a maximum at 24 h, then gradually decreased, and attenuated slowly after 96 h. The presence of heat tolerance weakened the efficacy of the second warming.
