通过回顾我国近年来楼市调控的一系列重要的政策措施,以近几年我国房地产行业的发展状况为基础,阐述楼市调控对宏观经济发展乃至国计民生的影响。尝试分析房地产行业楼市泡沫的产生、积累和破灭对银行信贷资产的负面影响,乃致波及整个宏观经济的安全性和稳定性。论述完善税收调控的必要性,以及防范信贷风险的意义,从而实现楼市经济“软着陆”的调控目标,避免经济危机。
By reviewing a series of important policies and measures in China’s property market regulation and control in recent years, based on the development of China’s real estate industry in recent years, this article expounds the impact of property market regulation on macroeconomic development and even the national economy and people’s livelihood. Attempts to analyze the real estate industry bubble in the property market, the accumulation and collapse of the negative impact on bank credit assets, but also affect the overall macroeconomic security and stability. Discusses the necessity of perfecting tax regulation and control, as well as the significance of preventing credit risk so as to realize the regulation goal of “soft landing” and avoid economic crisis.
