随着我国交通事业的蓬勃发展,高速公路以及桥梁施工水平也在逐步提高。项目管理是路桥施工单位的重要工作,为了提高企业的竞争力,要特别重视项目财务控制管理。当下路桥施工单位内部财务的管理工作虽然取得了一些成就,但仍然存在着许许多多问题亟待解决,笔者正是基于这一现状,深入研究分析了内部财务控制的含义与发展现状以及路桥施工单位实施内部财务控制的重要意义,并提出了解决相关问题的方法。
