20世纪末期以来,我国高等教育的发展进入了前所未有的新时期。1999年上半年,国家做出了进一步扩大高校招生规模的决定,当年高效实际招生规模达到160万人,在校生人数达到415万人,增长22%。伴随着大规模扩招,其负面影响也逐渐显露出来,最突出的问题就是办学条件已经达到了全面饱和的地步。从现代化图书馆设计应遵循的原则等方面讨论了现代图书馆建筑设计中的一些具体问题,对高校图书馆建筑的设计与修建具有一定的参考价值。
Since the late 20th century, the development of China’s higher education has entered an unprecedented new period. In the first half of 1999, the state made the decision to further expand the enrollment of higher education institutions. At that time, the actual effective enrollment size reached 1.6 million and the number of students enrolled reached 4.15 million, an increase of 22%. With the large-scale enrollment expansion, its negative impact is gradually revealed. The most prominent problem is that the conditions for running a school have reached the point of full-scale saturation. This paper discusses some concrete problems in the design of modern library from aspects of the principle of modern library design and so on, which is of certain reference value to the design and construction of the university library.
