目的:观察定喘止哮汤治疗热哮的疗效。方法:取80例热哮证患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用西药进行治疗,治疗组加用定喘止哮汤治疗,观察两组10天后疗效及血清白介素的差异。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:联合应用定喘止哮汤治疗热哮证的效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Dingchuanzhuo Decoction in treating hot asthma. Methods: Totally 80 patients with hot asthma were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Dingchuanzhuo Decoction. The therapeutic effect and the serum interleukin level in the two groups were observed after 10 days. Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The combined application of Dingchuanzhuo Decoction in treating asthenia syndrome has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
