李海宁,1955年生,陕西省榆林市米脂县人,中共党员,陕西广播电视大学教育学教授。1982年毕业于青海师范大学政教系,获政治经济学学士学位。2002年青海省委党校政治经济学硕士研究生毕业。2003年由青海广播电视大学调入,历任陕西电大继续教育学院院长、党政办公室主任、教务处处长、校学术委员会委员、学科建设委员会委员、资源建设委员会秘书长。先后发表论文30余篇,编著并出版《政治经济学一零八
Li Haining, born in 1955, Mizhi County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, member of the Communist Party of China, Shaanxi Radio and Television University professor of education. He graduated from the Department of Politics and Religion in Qinghai Normal University in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in political economy. In 2002 Qinghai Provincial Party School political economics graduate.
