高校是青年知识分子成长的摇篮,是共青团工作的主要阵地,在全国的共青团建设中处于举足轻重的地位。近年来,随着社会环境的不断变化,高校传统的思政教育模式也受到强烈冲击,对共青团工作而言,既是机遇,又是挑战。新形势下,推动共青团工作理念、工作方式和途径的创新,是团工作与时俱进发展的必然选择。
Colleges and universities are the cradle for the growth of young intellectuals. They are the main positions for the work of the Communist Youth League and play a decisive role in the construction of the Communist Youth League throughout the country. In recent years, as the social environment continues to change, the traditional model of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has also been strongly challenged. As for the work of the CYL, it is both an opportunity and a challenge.
