具有报警分析功能的实时监控系统是一个智能化的系统。它是越限报警功能上的延续,也是操作指导和故障处理功能的基础。因此,通过报警分析这一功能就能实现对被控对象进行全工况的监控,提高整体自动化水平。1 系统流程和结构报警分析功能加入系统与只有越限报警功能的系统有本质的差别,对整个系统的组织结构和运行方式产生较大的影响。因此,首先对整个用户程序系统的流程及结构加以讨论。1.1 流程这种实时监控系统不可能象通常的巡回检测装置那样,利用计算机系统来完成单点报警显示,而必须对运行工况进行监视和判定,提供智能化的分析画面,实时操作指导及自动故障处理,其基本运行方式见图1。该系统流程图上所显示的各点均来源于报警分析。
Real-time monitoring system with alarm analysis is an intelligent system.
