行政事业单位国有资产管理是一项复杂的系统工程。资产管理中出现的问题是在改革过程中形成的,也是随着改革的深入,要逐步从根源上加以解决的。行政事业单位资产账实不符是最普遍存在的问题。管理意识淡薄,对资产管理的认识不到位;监督不力,对资产的实际管理不到位;核算不及时,会计基础工作不规范,是行政事业单位国有资产管理问题存在的主要原因。
State-owned assets management of administrative institutions is a complicated systematic project. The problems that arise in asset management are formed during the process of reform. With the deepening of the reform, we must gradually solve the root causes. It is the most prevalent issue that the assets of the administrative units do not account for the account. Weak management awareness, poor understanding of asset management; poor supervision, the actual management of assets is not in place; accounting is not timely, the accounting basis of non-standard work is the main reason for the administrative institutions of state-owned assets management problems exist.
