出生缺陷也叫先天异常,先天畸形,是由遗传因素、环境因素、生物因素等多种因素引起的围产儿身体形态、功能、精神、智力、行为等方面的异常。出生缺陷的发生不但制约国民素质的提高,而且给家庭和社会造成巨额的经济负担,严重影响社会和谐和家庭幸福[1]。湖州市从1999开始对全市围产儿出生缺陷进行监测,近几年来通过监测技术和方法的改进,监测工作逐渐完善。现将湖州市2011-2013年围产儿出生缺陷情况汇总分析如下。
Birth defects, also known as congenital anomalies, congenital malformations, are abnormalities in the body shape, function, spirit, intelligence, and behavior of perinatal infants caused by various factors such as genetic factors, environmental factors and biological factors. The occurrence of birth defects not only hinder the improvement of the quality of the people, but also cause huge economic burden to families and society, seriously affecting the social harmony and family happiness [1]. Since 1999, Huzhou City has been monitoring the birth defects of perinatal children in the city. In recent years, the monitoring work has been gradually improved through the improvement of monitoring techniques and methods. Now Huzhou 2011-2013 cases of perinatal birth defects summarized below.
