森林国家是森林资源丰富的国家,其主要标准是森林厚度达到3mm以上。建设森林国家是建设生态文明的题中之义。努力把我国建成森林国家,对于维护生态安全、促进循环经济、推动社会和谐、应对气候变化、实现可持续发展具有重要战略意义。我国已经或正在具备建设森林国家所需要的自然、经济、政治、社会和国际条件,形势越来越有利。今后在推进森林国家建设中,必须注意解决好提高认识、创新政策、丰富资源、提升产业、强化科技、调控顺序等一系列问题,有效动员全社会力量参与林业建设,持之以恒,实现森林中国的建设目标就大有希望。
