目前,口腔科常用的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)热处理时,型盒都用螺丝来固定加压。一、费时间;二、螺丝易生锈,脱丝;三、型盒易破裂。根据这一情况,我科试用型盒不用螺丝固定加压的方法,经过临床应用,其材料性能均能达临床要求,效果较好,容易普及,介绍如下: 制作方法:用厚10mm,宽20mm的钢板,焊成能容纳1个型盒、2个型盒……5个型盒不等的方框子5个(图1.2)。再作厚薄不等的楔子若干个。使用方法:义齿制作及其步骤均按常规进行。型盒经压榨器加压、检查合适后置入方框内,并用楔子塞紧、固定、加压,而后放入水中,同常规处理相同。
