研究了300t转炉生产的12Cr1MoV钢的高温持久性能。对不同冶炼方法和钢中不同氮含量以及不同热处理工艺的持久强度对比试验表明,成品钢管正火后出现的“混晶组织”并不影响其持久性能。提出了最佳的热处理工艺制度和按金相组织中贝菌体判断成品钢管热强性的依据。
The high temperature durability of 12Cr1MoV steel produced by 300t converter was studied. Different smelting methods and different nitrogen content in steel and different heat treatment process of long-term strength comparison test showed that the finished steel tube after normalizing “mixed crystal structure” does not affect its long-term performance. Proposed the best heat treatment process and the microstructure of the microstructure in the microstructure of the goods to determine the thermal strength of finished steel basis.
