目的:探讨高血压患者的优质护理干预及临床效果。方法:收治高血压患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组的治疗护理依从率、生活质量评分、护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者采用优质护理,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the high-quality nursing intervention and clinical effect in hypertensive patients. Methods: One hundred patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The treatment compliance rate, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of high-quality care for patients with hypertension can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
