目的:观察顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗肺癌胸腔积液疗效。方法:肺癌伴单侧胸腔积液患者随机分为顺铂组及顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗组。顺铂组:胸腔注入顺铂40mg(每周一次);顺铂+香菇多糖组:胸腔注入顺铂40mg(每周一次)的同时给与香菇多糖肌注(3mg/d)。共治疗两周。1个月后复查胸部x线和B超检查,评价疗效,同时抽取胸水测定VEGF的表达。结果:顺铂+香菇多糖组胸水中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达明显低于顺铂组,其疗效明显强于顺铂组(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔注入顺铂联合香菇多糖肌注可增强顺铂治疗胸腔积液疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of cisplatin and lentinan in the treatment of pleural effusion in lung cancer. Methods: Patients with lung cancer and unilateral pleural effusion were randomly divided into cisplatin group and cisplatin combined with lentinan treatment group. Cisplatin group: Cisplatin 40mg (once a week); Cisplatin plus lentinan group: intramuscular injection of lentinan (3mg / d) was administered simultaneously with 40mg of cisplatin (once a week) into the chest. A total of two weeks treatment. One month later, chest X-ray and B-ultrasound examination were performed to evaluate the curative effect. At the same time, the pleural effusion was measured to determine the expression of VEGF. Results: The expression of VEGF in pleural effusion of cisplatin + lentinan group was significantly lower than that of cisplatin group, and the curative effect was stronger than that of cisplatin group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Intrapleural injection of cisplatin combined with lentinan intramuscular injection can enhance the efficacy of cisplatin in the treatment of pleural effusion.
