介绍了财塑导轨应用于数控机床上的结构形式和TSF型贴塑导轨软带的粘接操作工艺。分析比较了在相同实验条件下贴塑软带一铸铁摩擦副导轨与铸铁-铸铁摩擦副滑动导轨的一些技术特性，并总结了TSF型财塑导轨软带的工作特点。
This paper introduces the structure of plastic guide rail applied to CNC machine tools and the bonding process of soft guide strip of TSF plastic guide rail. The technical characteristics of the soft rail with a soft cast iron belt and the sliding rail with cast iron - cast iron friction pair under the same experimental conditions are analyzed and compared. The working characteristics of soft belt with TSF type plastic guide rail are summarized.
