目的探讨卵巢囊腺瘤超声诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对56例在本院住院患者的超声诊断及术后病理进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断囊腺瘤56例,完全符合31例,基本符合19例,不符合6例,符合率为87%。56例病人病理结果为:良性50例交界性3例,粘液性腺癌2例,1例为浆膜下肌瘤囊性变。结论超声已经成为囊腺瘤观察的一种重要的手段,而且对卵巢肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma. Methods 56 cases of inpatients in our hospital by ultrasound diagnosis and postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of cystadenoma in 56 cases, fully consistent with 31 cases, basically consistent with 19 cases, does not meet the 6 cases, the coincidence rate was 87%. The pathological results of 56 patients were: benign 50 cases of borderline in 3 cases, mucinous adenocarcinoma in 2 cases, 1 case of subserosal myxoma cystic degeneration. Conclusion Ultrasound has become an important method for the observation of cystadenoma, and is of great significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
