作者曾报告厚朴的热水提取液具有抗乙酰胆碱(Ach)作用,提取时在芍药共存的条件下这种活性则增强。此次进一步详细调查这种作用的同时,对芍药中的增强活性成分没食子酸在提取液中的浓度也进行了研究。
The authors have reported that the hot water extract of Magnolia officinalis has an anti-acetylcholine (Ach) action, and this activity is enhanced under the coexistence of peony in the extraction. In this investigation of this effect, the concentration of gallic acid as an active ingredient in peony was also studied.
