《国家体育锻炼标准》的实施,对学校的体育工作起到了积极的推动作用。然而,目前一些基层学校尤其是农村学校的“达标”工作现状却不容乐观。笔者多年从事农村学校体育工作,对近年来“达标”工作的滑坡现象,感受颇深:教育部门的行政领导及学校对“达标”工作的管理和督促不够,奖惩不力。随着“达标”实施面的增大,“达标”的人数逐年增多,而每年“达标”检测时,主管部门不可能校校检查验收,故只对一些有代表性的学校进行检测,从而诱发了一些学校领导和教师的虚荣心。上报的成绩与实际水平不符,达标率扶摇直上,使“达标”工作的声誉和可信度受到了影响。
The implementation of “National Physical Training Standard” has played a positive role in promoting the sports work in schools. However, at present, some grass-roots schools, especially rural schools, are not optimistic about the status quo of “compliance”. I have been engaged in rural school sports for many years. The reported results did not match the actual level, and the compliance rate soared, making the reputation and credibility of the “standard” work affected.
