近年来,有两大矛盾一直困扰着让胡路区法院,一是案多人少矛盾十分突出,二是法官(指纯粹意义的法官,不包括法官助理及书记员等人员,下同)断层现象严重,其中第二个矛盾不解决,第一个矛盾案多人少的问题又将很难克服。本文主要从让胡路区法院队伍现状来分析法官断层现象的成因,并提出一些解决的对策,以期与相关部门共同加以解决。
In recent years, there have been two major contradictions that have plagued the courts in Hulu District: First, there are many contradictions and conflicts among many people; and second, judges (referring to purely meaning judges who do not include assistant judges and clerks, the same below) The seriousness of the problem, of which the second one is not resolved, the second one is that it is very difficult to overcome the problem of a small number of people who are contradictory. This article mainly analyzes the causes of the judge’s fault phenomenon from the status quo of the court team in Hulu district and puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the problems together with the relevant departments.
