安全生产关系着建筑行业是否可以持续发展,而文明施工则关系着建筑行业的外部形象,目前在施工现场安全及文明管理的部分较为混乱,其管理形式也较为单一。对于现今施工现场的安全与文明管理的现状从多个角度进行探究,并结合环境、健康、安全的管理方式提出管理措施,根据现今建筑行业施工发展需要提出一种符合安全理念、文明理念、持续理念的管理体系,为现场施工提供基本的安全、文明管理承诺。
The safety of production is related to the sustainable development of the construction industry, while the civilized construction is related to the external image of the construction industry. At present, the safety and civilized management at the construction site is rather chaotic and its management style is relatively simple. In view of the status quo of safety and civilized management on the construction site today, the paper probes into the status quo from multiple perspectives and puts forward the management measures in the light of environmental, health and safety management methods. According to the needs of construction and construction in today’s construction industry, it proposes a concept that conforms to safety concept and civilization, Concept of management system for on-site construction to provide basic security, civilized management commitment.
