目的对派丽奥治疗急性牙周炎及急性冠周炎的临床疗效进行评价。方法选择临床上100例患急性牙周炎的患者患牙共120颗和90例患急性冠周炎的患者患牙共120颗,将患牙各自随机分成二组,观察组使用派丽奥软膏进行治疗;对照组用2%碘甘油治疗。记录患急性牙周炎的患者在分别用药后各自的治愈情况、患急性冠周炎的患者在分别用药后各自的治愈情况以及记录治疗前后患者的牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数和疼痛程度并对得到的数据进行分析比较。结果在分别用药6d后,患急性牙周炎的患者的治愈率:观察组为100.0%,对照组为38.3%;患急性冠周炎的患者的治愈率:观察组为100.0%,对照组为43.3%。观察组的治疗效果要显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。另一方面,治疗前后的患者的牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数和疼痛程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未发现患者在用药后出现药物毒副作用。结论派丽奥是一种安全、高效、方便的牙周缓释药,在治疗急性牙周炎及急性冠周炎时具有显著的成效,值得在临床上运用推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of palio in the treatment of acute periodontitis and acute periarthritis. Methods A total of 120 teeth suffering from acute periodontitis in 120 patients with acute periodontitis and 120 patients with acute peri-peritonitis were randomly divided into two groups. Results After 6 days of treatment, the cure rate of patients with acute periodontitis was 100.0% in the observation group and 38.3% in the control group. The cure rate of the patients with acute peri-peritonitis was 100.0% in the observation group and 43.3%. The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). On the other hand, the gingival bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, plaque index and the degree of pain were significantly different between before and after treatment (P <0.05). No drug side effects were found after treatment. Conclusion Pallio is a safe, efficient and convenient periodontal sustained-release drug, which has a significant effect in the treatment of acute periodontitis and acute pericoronitis. It is worth to be popularized clinically.
