目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)住院患者死亡原因,明确糖尿病防控重点。方法:对都江堰市人民医院36例住院死亡的DM患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析分为地震前糖尿病组(T1DM)和地震后糖尿病组(T2DM),分别记录两组的死亡原因。结论:地震前后心脑血管疾病均是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因,慢性并发症的防治是当前工作的重点;地震后感染、糖尿病急性并发症有上升的趋势,这也是不容忽视的。
Objective: To investigate the causes of death in inpatients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and to clarify the key points of diabetes prevention and control. Methods: The clinical data of 36 hospitalized DM patients in Dujiangyan People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into pre-earthquake diabetes group (T1DM) and post-earthquake diabetes mellitus group (T2DM), and the causes of death were recorded respectively. Conclusion: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before and after the earthquake are the main causes of death in patients with diabetes. Prevention and treatment of chronic complications are the focus of current work. The incidence of acute complications of infection and diabetes after earthquakes tends to rise, which should not be overlooked.
