做好大中小学德育衔接工作,是实现德育目标、提高德育实效性的重要举措。德育过程的特点和学生个人品德形成的特点决定了应该加强德育衔接,当前的德育衔接工作在内容、方法及效果方面仍存在着问题。进一步加强各阶段德育衔接可以从德育主体、德育衔接内容及衔接理论建设等方面着手。
Doing the work of moral education in primary and middle schools is an important measure to realize the goal of moral education and improve the effectiveness of moral education. The characteristics of the process of moral education and the formation of the individual personality of students determine that the connection between moral education should be strengthened. There are still some problems in the content, methods and effects of the current moral education convergence. To further strengthen the connection between moral education at all stages can start from the moral education subject, the content of moral education convergence and the construction of convergence theory.
