目的：探讨毫米波对消化性溃疡患者胃酸和胃电图的影响。方法：２２例消化性溃疡患者，毫米波治疗组、对照组各１１例作随机双盲研究，并观察治疗前后胃内２４小时ｐＨ、基础胃酸（ＢＡＯ）、最大胃酸（ＭＡＯ）和胃电活动节律。结果：毫米波组与对照组的溃疡愈合率比较差异十分显著。治疗前后二组患者ｐＨ＜４的时间（％）、直立位和卧位ｐＨ＜４的时间（％）、ＢＡＯ、ＭＡＯ差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），而卧位ｐＨ＞５．６时间（％）治疗组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗７周后，毫米波组中高、低主频患者恢复正常，异常波消失，频谱恢复到正常状态，胃体部峰值幅度增高者降至正常。结论：毫米波治疗可促进溃疡的愈合而不抑制生理性胃酸分泌，有助于胃十二指肠运动恢复正常的生理节律，有助于加强幽门括约肌防止十二指肠－胃反流的功能，并可使胃生理电活动和胃－肠运动功能得到改善。
Objective: To investigate the effect of millimeter wave on gastric acid and gastric electrogastrogram in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: Twenty-two patients with peptic ulcer, millimeter wave and 11 patients in control group were randomly assigned to double-blind study. The gastric pH, basal gastric acid (BAO), maximal gastric acid (MAO) Rhythm. Results: There was a significant difference in the healing rate of ulcer between the millimeter wave group and the control group. Before and after treatment, the time (%) of the patients in both groups and the time (%) in the upright position and lying position pH <4 were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05). 6 time (%) treatment group differences were significant (P <0.01). After 7 weeks of treatment, the high and low frequency patients in the millimeter wave group returned to normal, the abnormal wave disappeared, the spectrum returned to normal, and the peak value of gastric body part decreased to normal. CONCLUSION: Millimeter wave therapy promotes the healing of ulcers without inhibiting the secretion of physiologic acid and helps to restore the normal circadian rhythm of gastroduodenal movement, and helps to strengthen the function of pyloric sphincter to prevent duodenal-gastric reflux. , And gastric motility and gastrointestinal motility can be improved.
