目的:探讨围手术期不同类型心律失常的处理及转归。方法:选用84例患妇科疾病需手术治疗同时合并心律失常的患者资料。结果:无明显症状的期外收缩无须特殊处理可很好耐受手术和麻醉,术中和术后心脏情况无明显变化。频发房性早搏、室性早搏、窦性心动过速需术前给予针对性的处理,术后转归基本良好。结论:有症状而无器质性心脏病病史的心律失常患者的围手术期处理是必要的。
Objective: To investigate the treatment and outcome of different types of arrhythmia during perioperative period. Methods: Eighty-four patients with gynecological diseases undergoing surgery for concurrent cardiac arrhythmia were selected. Results: No obvious symptoms of extrasystoles without special treatment can be well tolerated surgery and anesthesia, intraoperative and postoperative heart conditions no significant change. Frequent atrial premature beats, premature ventricular contractions, sinus tachycardia required preoperative targeted treatment, postoperative outcome is basically good. CONCLUSIONS: Perioperative management of arrhythmic patients with a history of symptomatic disease without structural heart disease is necessary.
