大青叶、忍冬藤、蒲公英及鱼腥草制成的“抗炎6号”注射液自1971年临床应用以来,对胆系染感、阑尾炎及胰腺炎等三种常见的急腹症有良好的疗效,曾对200病例作临床观察,总有效率达82.2％;此外,对流行性感冒、病毒性脑膜炎及其他多种急性细菌性和病毒性疾病亦有较好的疗效。近年来对其作用机制,也进行了一些探讨。为了进一步提高疗效,武医二院药剂科对药物提取及配方进行了改革。为了取得实验依据,本文进行了体外抑菌的实验研究。
“Anti-inflammatory 6” injection made from Folium isatidis, Lonicera japonicum, dandelion and Houttuynia has been clinically used since 1971 and has been shown to be effective against three common acute abdomen diseases, including gallstone infection, appendicitis and pancreatitis. The efficacy of the clinical observations of 200 cases had a total effective rate of 82.2%; in addition, it has a good effect on influenza, viral meningitis and other types of acute bacterial and viral diseases. In recent years, some mechanisms have also been discussed. In order to further improve the curative effect, the Department of Pharmacy of Wumart Second Hospital reformed the drug extraction and formulation. In order to obtain the experimental basis, this article carried out an in vitro antibacterial experimental study.
