【政策背景】近日,南昌市下发了《关于健全完善以“四看一听”为主体构架的选人用人机制的实施意见》、《关于加强干部日常教育管理的通知》、《关于严肃党内组织生活的通知》、《关于规范全市党政机关在职党员到社区开展志愿服务活动的通知》(简称为“1+3”文件)。把党要管党、从严治党的要求落到细节上,策应江西省委“连心、强基、模范”三大工程。
Policy Background Recently, Nanchang issued the Opinions on Implementing the Selection and Employment Mechanism of the Main Structure Based on Improving and Perfecting “Four Views”, the “Notice on Strengthening the Daily Education and Management of Cadres”, the “ Serious Organization within the Party’s notice ”,“ on regulating the city’s party and government organs serving party members to the community to carry out volunteer service activities notice ”(referred to as “ 1 +3 ”document). Putting the party’s demand of managing the party and the party strictly in line with the details falls on the three major projects of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, “even heart, strong base and exemplary model.”
