目的:探讨层级护理管理模式应用于骨科病房中的临床效果。方法:选择丰都县中医院骨科病房的护理人员作为研究对象,2015年5月至2016年6月开展层级护理管理模式,比较应用前后护理工作质量及患者满意度。结果:应用层级护理管理模式之后,骨科病房在护理工作质量与护理满意方面取得的效果与开展前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科病房护理工作中,开展层级管理,不仅对护理工作质量的改善具有显著的优势,同时在提高护理满意度方面也有十分重要的价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of hierarchical nursing management mode in orthopedic ward. Methods: Nursing staff of orthopedic ward of Fengdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected as the research object. From May 2015 to June 2016, a hierarchical nursing management model was conducted to compare the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction before and after application. Results: After applying the hierarchical nursing management mode, the effect of orthopedic ward in nursing work quality and nursing satisfaction was statistically significant compared with that before the beginning (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing work of orthopedic wards, carrying out management at different levels not only has significant advantages in improving the quality of nursing work, but also has very important value in improving nursing satisfaction.
