在变电站前期土建设计过程中,土方量是影响项目成本的重要因素,准确土方量计算是一项极其重要的工作。基于方格网、断面法和DEM法,利用土方计算软件HTCAD分别对延川110k V文安驿变电站场地进行了土方计算。结果表明,在地形复杂和呈矩形分布变电站场区,相比方格网而言,DEM法和断面法计算得到土方量的结果更理想;利用HTCAD软件计算土方量,操作方便快捷,大幅度降低了设计人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
In the early stage of substation civil engineering design, earthwork is an important factor affecting the project cost, accurate earthwork calculation is an extremely important task. Based on the grid, section method and DEM method, earthwork calculation was carried out on the site of Yanchuan 110kV Wen’anyi Substation using the earthwork calculation software HTCAD respectively. The results show that compared with the square grid, the results of DEM method and section method are more ideal when the terrain is complex and have rectangular distribution in substation site area. The calculation of earthwork amount by HTCAD software is convenient and quick, and greatly reduced The designer’s labor intensity, improve work efficiency.
