目的探讨宝安区健康人群血浆D-二聚体的浓度变化,建立属于宝安区D-二聚体检测体系的参考范围,为临床诊断和治疗提供有价值的实验数据。方法研究对象为2014年6月-2015年5月在深圳市宝安区人民医院门诊及体检(年龄≥18岁)的健康人群988例,根据年龄分为18~49岁、50~59岁、≥60岁3组。采用西门子医疗诊断公司的INNOVANCE*D-Dimer试剂,日本Sysmex公司的CA1500全自动凝血分析仪,用免疫比浊法检测健康人群血浆D-二聚体浓度,分析比较3个年龄阶段人群血浆D-二聚体含量,应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行相关处理。结果 18~49岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体水平为(1.19±0.06)mg/L,与50~59岁健康人群的(1.23±0.06)mg/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≥60岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体水平为(1.64±0.08)mg/L,均较18~49岁健康人群和50~59岁健康人群显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以95%分位数为参考区间上限,18~59岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体参考值为(1.21±0.01)mg/L,≥60岁健康人群血浆D-二聚体参考值为(1.4±0.07)mg/L。结论宝安区健康人群血浆D-二聚体浓度与年龄显著相关,年龄越大,血浆D-二聚体水平越高。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma D-dimer concentration in healthy population in Bao’an District, establish a reference range of D-dimer detection system in Bao’an District, and provide valuable experimental data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS: The subjects were 988 healthy subjects from outpatient and physical examination (Baozhu District People’s Hospital, Shenzhen) aged from June 2014 to May 2015, aged 18-49, 50-59, ≥ 60-year-old 3 groups. Using the INNOVANCE * D-Dimer reagent from Siemens Medical Diagnostic Co., Ltd., CA1500 automatic coagulation analyzer from Japan Sysmex Corporation, the plasma D-dimer concentration in healthy people was detected by immunoturbidimetry, and the plasma D-dimer levels in three age groups were analyzed. Dimer content, the application of SPSS 17.0 software to deal with the data. Results The level of plasma D-dimer in healthy people aged 18-49 was (1.19 ± 0.06) mg / L, which was not significantly different from that in healthy people aged 50-59 (1.23 ± 0.06) mg / L (P> 0.05). The level of plasma D-dimer in healthy people aged≥60 years was (1.64 ± 0.08) mg / L, which were significantly higher than those in healthy people aged 18-49 and healthy people aged 50-59 (P <0.05). The 95% quantile as the upper limit of reference interval, the reference value of plasma D-dimer in healthy population aged 18-59 years was (1.21 ± 0.01) mg / L, the reference value of plasma D-dimer was 1.4 ± 0.07) mg / L. Conclusion Plasma D-dimer concentration in healthy population in Bao’an District is significantly related to age. The higher the age, the higher the plasma D-dimer level.
