克拉玛依钻井公司(以下简称“钻井公司”)是中石油西部钻探工程有限公司下属的一家工程技术服务单位,现有生产班组628个,主要分布在国内准噶尔盆地、塔里木盆地和海外8个国家,生产具有规模大、作业场点多、施工战线长、风险高的特点。安全生产是一项系统工程,加强班组安全文化建设是实现安全生产的关键环节。只有把班组安全文化建设纳入到安全生产这一系统工程中来,实现安全生产才有坚实的基础。
Karamay Drilling Company (hereinafter referred to as “Drilling Company”) is an engineering and technical service unit under PetroChina Western Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. There are 628 production teams in the country, mainly in the Junggar Basin, Tarim Basin and overseas countries, Production with large-scale, multi-site operations, construction of long lines, high-risk characteristics. Safety production is a systematic project, and strengthening the construction of team safety culture is the key to achieving safety in production. Only to the team safety culture into production safety in this systematic project, to achieve safety in production have a solid foundation.
