为探讨芪丹颗粒剂对平阳霉素所致大鼠肺间质纤维化的治疗作用及机制 ,采用平阳霉素〔5mg/ (kg·d)〕气管内注入建立大鼠肺间质纤维化模型 ,观察芪丹组〔2 50mg/ (kg·d)〕与氢化可的松腹腔注射组〔2 5mg/ (kg·d)〕治疗后肺组织病理学、胶原蛋白沉积、TGF β和TNF α的表达。发现 :芪丹组肺泡炎及肺纤维化程度、胶原纤维沉积均明显低于模型组和激素组。正常组TGF β、TNF α弱表达 ,模型组强表达 ,芪丹组的表达显著少于模型组和激素组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 :芪丹颗粒剂可明显减轻大鼠肺泡炎和肺纤维化的程度 ,而且明显优于激素组
To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qidan granules on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis induced by pingyangmycin in rats, the rat model of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was established by intratracheal instillation of Pingyangmycin [5mg/(kg·d)]. To observe the histopathology, collagen deposition, TGF β and TNF α after treatment in the Qidan group [2 50mg/(kg·d)] and hydrocortisone intraperitoneal injection [25mg/(kg·d)] expression. It was found that the alveolitis, pulmonary fibrosis, and collagen fiber deposition in the Qidan group were significantly lower than those in the model group and the hormone group. The expression of TGFβ and TNFα in the normal group was weakly expressed in the model group. The expression in the Qidan group was significantly lower than that in the model group and the steroid group (P < 0.01). Tips: Qidan granules can significantly reduce the degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and is significantly better than the hormone group
