随着互联网的普及与发展,网络问政已经成为各级政府争相采用的一种新的执政模式,网络改变了传统的信息传播方式,我党的执政理念和领导干部的执政能力将经受新的考验,如何在新形势下提升网络问政能力是摆在党和政府面前的一项新课题。针对目前网络问政存在的问题,应从加快观念转变,提高驾驭网络的能力,完善监管制度三方面来提升新时期领导干部的网络问政能力。
