目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与其病理类型和Primary Tumor-RegionalLymph Node-Distant Metastasis分期(TNM分期)的关系。方法选取NSCLC患者97例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血清中MMP-9和VEGF含量,采用t检验、方差分析及秩相关分析对不同病理类型和不同TNM分期的2种因子检测结果进行比较。结果 50例腺癌及47例鳞癌患者血清中VEGF含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清中VEGF含量分别为(251.1±72.43),(261.30±67.21),(279.1±74.67),(313.2±75.23)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(F=11.12,P<0.01);TNM分期与血清中VEGF含量呈正相关(r=0.62,P=0.01);腺癌与鳞癌患者血清中MMP-9含量分别为(856.7±81.5),(623.2±75.2)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.54,P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清中MMP-9含量分别为(602.8±78.4),(714.5±79.3),(880.5±72.9),(934.5±73.8)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(F=9.00,P=0.01),TNM分期与血清中MMP-9含量呈正相关(r=0.52,P=0.01);非小细胞肺癌患者血清中2种因子呈高度正相关关系(r=0.74,P<0.01)。结论 NSCLC患者血清中MMP-9和VEGF含量与TNM分期关系密切,2种因子间呈明显协同作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and their pathological types and Primary Tumor-Regional Lymph Node-Distant Metastasis (TNM stage) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer . Methods Ninety-seven NSCLC patients were selected. Serum levels of MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by t test, ANOVA and rank correlation analysis The results are compared. Results The serum levels of VEGF in 50 cases of adenocarcinoma and 47 cases of squamous cell carcinoma had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The serum levels of VEGF in stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 251.1 ± 72.43 and 261.30 The difference was statistically significant (F = 11.12, P <0.01). The TNM stage was positively correlated with the serum VEGF (r = 0.62, P = 0.01). The serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were (856.7 ± 81.5) and (623.2 ± 75.2) ng / mL, respectively, with statistical significance (t = 2.54, The levels of MMP-9 in patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ lung cancer were (602.8 ± 78.4), (714.5 ± 79.3), (880.5 ± 72.9) and (934.5 ± 73.8) ng / mL, respectively 9.00, P = 0.01). There was a positive correlation between TNM staging and serum MMP-9 level (r = 0.52, P = 0.01) 0.01). Conclusion Serum levels of MMP-9 and VEGF in patients with NSCLC are closely related to TNM stage, and there is a clear synergistic effect between the two factors.
