本文应用三维有限元方法计算了斜齿圆柱齿轮轮齿的固有频率及振型。根据哈密尔顿原理获得了运动方程。由中所提出的方法在微机上求得了相应于结构振动最低几阶固有模态的特征值和特征向量。讨论了不同轮缘厚度和不同的边界条件对斜齿动态特性的影响,得到了一些有意义的结果。
In this paper, three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the helical gear tooth natural frequency and mode shape. The equation of motion is derived from Hamilton’s principle. According to the proposed method, the eigenvalues and eigenvectors corresponding to the lowest eigenmodes of the structural vibration are obtained by computer. The influences of different flange thickness and different boundary conditions on the dynamic characteristics of helical teeth are discussed, and some meaningful results are obtained.
