目的:了解县级综合医院心理门诊初诊患者的临床特点。方法:对嘉善县第一人民医院心理卫生门诊2014年3月-2016年2月共879例初诊患者的资料进行分析。结果:县级综合医院心理门诊的患者文化程度相对较低,由其他综合科室转诊率为17.06%,疾病构成以神经症和心境障碍为主。结论:基层患者对心理卫生医疗的服务需求提升,县级综合医院设立心理门诊非常必要,同时要进一步加强综合科室对心理症状的识别能力。
Objective: To understand the clinical features of newly diagnosed patients in psychological clinics in county-level general hospitals. Methods: The data of 879 newly diagnosed patients in the First People’s Hospital of Jiashan from March 2014 to February 2016 were analyzed. Results: The level of patient education in psychiatric clinics in county-level general hospitals was relatively low. The referral rate was 17.06% in other comprehensive departments. The disease mainly consisted of neurosis and mood disorders. Conclusion: The demand for mental health care services in primary care patients is increasing. It is very necessary to set up psychological clinics in county general hospitals. At the same time, it is necessary to further strengthen the ability of general departments to recognize psychological symptoms.
