党的十八届四中全会作出了一项重大决定,开启了“依法治国”的新征程。这对于全面推进依法治林,加快生态文明建设具有重大的战略意义。目前,我国林业生态建设正处在发展的关键阶段,需要法治的保障和推动。因此,我们要抓住这难得的历史机遇,摸清林业法治建设的基本情况和存在的主要问题,针对发展中出现的各种现象,及时提出立法需求和立法建议,对不适应时代发展的法律法规,及时修改和废止,对发展中暴露的法律
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made a major decision and started a new journey of “governing the country according to law.” This is of great strategic significance for comprehensively promoting the legal administration of forests and accelerating the building of ecological civilization.
