多数脑部损伤患儿患侧手指肌张力大,拇指呈内收状态,无法完成手指的张合动作,存在着手功能损伤。然而,临床上患儿手功能康复训练方式单调枯燥,不符合患儿的心理特点。该文设计了一种基于患儿心理特点的利用声、光信号诱导患儿主动训练的电子手套,并在中国康复研究中心进行了临床实验。实验表明:患儿患侧手指表面肌电信号的中位频率在康复训练后增大,说明用手套进行康复训练使患儿患侧肌肉耐力提高;静息状态下,患侧大鱼际肌与拇长伸肌表面肌电信号均方根与平均幅值在康复训练后减小,表明静息状态下大鱼际肌与拇长伸肌肌张力下降,患儿患侧手指运动控制能力增强。实验结果验证了该电子手套在脑部损伤患儿手功能康复训练中的有效性。

This paper designs a kind of electronic glove that uses the sound and light signals to induce the active training of children based on the psychological characteristics of the children and carries out the clinical experiment at the China Rehabilitation Research Center. Experiments show that: the median frequency of myoelectric signal on the affected side of the affected hand increases after rehabilitation training, which shows that the rehabilitation of the glove can improve the muscle endurance of the affected side of the patient; at rest, The rms and mean amplitudes of the EMG signal on the extensor digitorum longus muscle decreased after rehabilitation training, indicating that the muscle tension of the greater and greater extensor muscles of rest and flexor hallux extensors decreased and the ability of finger movement control in the affected side increased. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the electronic glove in hand function rehabilitation training in children with brain injury.
