液压元件的容积效率的高低主要取决于它的漏报的大小。柱塞副的漏损是液压元件多种漏损之一。 在以往的计算中有时仅考虑由压力差引起的漏损,常常忽略相对速度引起的漏损。在计算压力差引起的漏损时又很少考虑柱塞的锥度和偏心的影响,因此,计算误差较大。 本文试图用数学分析方法,分析柱塞副的漏损原因,得出比较完整的漏损量的计算
The volumetric efficiency of hydraulic components mainly depends on the size of its omission. Leakage of the plunger pair is one of the many types of leakage of hydraulic components. In the past calculations sometimes only consider the pressure loss caused by leakage, often overlooked the relative speed caused by leakage. In calculating the pressure drop caused by leakage and rarely consider the impact of the plunger taper and eccentricity, therefore, the calculation error. This article attempts to use mathematic analysis method to analyze the reasons for the leakage of the plunger pair, resulting in a more complete calculation of the leakage loss
