Y染色体是人类最小的染色体,其含有与男性不育密切相关的基因,定位于AZF区,AZF的微缺失是引起男性不育的第二大原因,目前明确的微缺失已积累了相当多的数量,其中包括AZFa,AZFb,AZFc和AZFd这4个区域及其候选基因。并且可能会引起胚胎早期流产和以辅助生殖的方式遗传给下一代引起不育。综述目前Y染色体微缺失相关基因的研究进展。
