我国政府近两年来针对房地产价格过高问题,采取了很多措施要抑制房价。目前伴随着美国的QE3政策的出台,将带来新一轮大宗产品的涨价,其必然会拉动房地产的价格。房地产价格关乎每个国民的切身利益,也是当前各界关注的焦点问题之一。本文从运用经济学的相关理论,从社会学、公共政策分析的视角,研究公共服务均等化对房地产价格的行为效应,得出公共服务均等化能促使房地产价格扁平化,并提出了完善公共服务均等化的政策建议。
In the past two years, our government has taken a lot of measures to curb house prices in response to the issue of over-high real estate prices. Currently accompanied by the introduction of the QE3 policy of the United States, it will bring a new round of price hikes in bulk commodities, which will inevitably drive the prices of real estate. Real estate prices are vital to the interests of every citizen and one of the major issues of concern to all people. From the perspective of sociology and public policy analysis, this paper studies the behavioral effects of equalization of public services on real estate prices from the perspective of sociology and public policy analysis. It shows that the equalization of public services can promote the flattening of real estate prices and put forward the measures to perfect public services Equalized policy advice.
