高层建筑中的软弱夹层地基处理起来比较困难,最终不得不采用桩基等低性价比方案,对其极限承载力的研究需求比较迫切。对软弱夹层地基承载力进行研究,结果表明:现行地基基础规范未考虑土层界面的摩擦作用,对软弱夹层地基承载力的规定偏于保守,而薄层挤压理论可给出合理结果;对文中工程算例考虑土层界面摩擦作用后,软弱夹层地基承载力有较大富余,表明采用天然地基方案是可行的。
The weak foundation in high-rise buildings is more difficult to deal with, and eventually the low-cost plan such as pile foundation has to be adopted. Therefore, the research on its ultimate bearing capacity is urgent. The research on the bearing capacity of soft interlayer foundations shows that: the existing basic foundation norms do not consider the friction effect of soil interface, but the conservative rules for the bearing capacity of soft interlayer foundation, but the thin-layer extrusion theory can give reasonable results; After considering the friction effect of the soil interface in the engineering example in this paper, the bearing capacity of the soft interlayer foundation has greater redundancy, which shows that it is feasible to use the natural foundation solution.
